Apple Store in Basel, Switzerland opening Saturday, July 12, already taking reservations for workshops and Genius Bar

Apple is gearing up to open another retail location in Switzerland, according to a notice posted on the company’s retail store site. The new location is in Basel, Switzerland, and will finally be opening after several months of being under construction.

The new Apple store, which is located in the popular Freie Strasse shopping area, will be located in Building 47, and measure in at 900 square meters, and rise up three stories. It’s the fourth Apple Retail site in Switzerland (so far), following up stores located in Geneva, Zurich and Wallisellen.
The notice states that the store will open at 10:00 AM local time, so if you’re in the area be sure to check it out. Apple has already begun taking reservations for not only workshops, but also Genius Bar appointments, for those who need to have their devices checked out.
