In the last few weeks, we’ve seen a number of iPhone 6 components leaks, that are either shown in photos or videos. This includes the sapphire crystal display, the front panel, and the SIM tray. New photos and a video discovered today show the 4.7-inch iPhone 6′s rear shell, giving us a good look at the new design.
The leak comes through Feld & Volk, a company that modifies the iPhone to give it a more premium feel by adding different exterior finishes like gold, wood etc. The company got its hands on the iPhone 6′s purported rear-shell through one of its Asian factory contacts that makes spare parts for Apple products.

The photos are of extremely high-quality and resolution, and give us a close look at the much-rumored iPhone 6′s thinner design. The curved, tapered sides are clearly visible in the photos, that also show slots for headphone and Lightning cable at the bottom.
The rear shell is shown to have an Apple logo cut out at the back, which is quite different from current iPhones. Rumors say this means Apple could either add a lit up Apple logo like MacBooks, or have an iPad-like logo that is of a different material.

The shell still has a number of incomplete features, like holes for microphone, camera and flash. The new pill-shaped volume buttons and relocated power button on the side, however can be seen in the photos:

Apple is widely expected to release two
variants of the iPhone 6 this year, one with a 4.7-inch display and the
second one with a 5.5-inch display. Recent reports indicate the new
iPhones could be launched on September 19 or September 25.
iPhone 6 is also expected to include Apple’s
new A8 processor, Touch ID fingerprint sensor, and an improved
8-megapixel camera. In addition to the obvious difference in display
sizes, analysts expect the larger 5.5-inch iPhone 6 to also come with optical image stabilization as
one more differentiating feature between the two models. Recent reports
also indicate that the 4.7-inch iPhone 6 will be available in only 32GB
and 64GB storage options, and the 128GB storage option will be exclusively available only with the larger 5.5-inch model.
