Apple today released two new ads titled ‘Hey Siri’ and ‘Ridiculously Powerful’
for the iPhone 6s on YouTube. The first ad is all about the new always-on ‘Hey Siri’ voice recognition functionality, while the second ad showcases scenarios and apps that show how powerful the new iPhone is.
Both ads start by saying that not much has changed on the iPhone 6s, and then proceed to show off the new features on the handset in all their glory.
The ‘Hey Siri’ ad features Penelope Cruz trying out the
feature to ask who was the president of Britain in 1868. The second ad
features Jon Favreau who is impressed by the a student film shot on the
iPhone 6s by a bunch of kids. The ad ends by saying that “other than
being the most powerful iPhone ever, not much has changed” on the iPhone
6s, which is pretty much spot on.
With the holiday season fast approaching, I’d expect Apple to release more new ads to highlight the new features of the iPhone 6s.
