The large-scale wireless carriers in the United States aren’t handing
out unlimited data plans anymore, but for those who have hung onto
theirs, a minor change is in the works.
According to a report published by 9to5Mac,
AT&T is planning on hiking the price of its grandfathered unlimited
data plans, but only by a small margin. If the information gathered by
the publication is true, the Big Blue carrier will shift monthly pricing
for unlimited data to $35 per month, raising it from the current $30
recurring fee.
Do you still have an unlimited data plan? If you’re with AT&T, will this rumored price hike make you reconsider keeping it?
