Future screens of smartphones recharge the batteries

The company has Wysips demonstration at the CTIA being held currently in Orlando, a revolutionary system that integrates a film photovoltaic screen smartphone so you can recharge through the continuous light of or sun room. The film measuring only 100 microns (0.1 mm) thick which allows it to integrate the different layers constituting the screen, it will have no influence on the functioning of the touch-sensitive layer, nor brightness.

According to the company it takes 6 hours of sunlight to recharge a phone placed in the light of day a little more artificial light. This time could be reduced in future versions. The product does not allow the creation of a smartphone self-sufficient, but could extend battery life and reduce the number of times it is necessary to connect the equipment into an outlet.
The products on display are tools for development, but they seem relatively SUCCESSFUL. The president of the firm, Ludovic Deblois, in particular, demonstrated an iPhone 4.

This fim PV is still under development, but Wysips wants to work with glass manufacturers, such as Corning (maker of Gorilla glass covering the front / back of the iPhone 4), to integrate this ultrathin solar future glass screens.
To recap, Apple has patented some time ago a similar system, but instead of a film, it was cell
