According to Apple’s “Using 4K displays and TVs with Mac computers” suport page, the 2013 models of the Mac Pro and the Retina MacBook Pro now support several new displays including those from Dell and Panasonic. The list includes the Sharp PN-K321, ASUS PQ321Q, Dell UP2414Q, Dell UP3214Q, and the Panasonic TC-L65WT600.
Besides adding 4k monitor support, OS X 10.9.3 also the improves stability and security of your Mac along with the ability to sync contacts and calendars with an iOS device via USB.
