Google is extending the reach of its same day delivery service, Google Shopping Express,
to new cities on both U.S. coasts with its arrival in Manhattan and
West L.A. Covering a range of retailers including Costco, Target and
Staples, folks who don't want to leave the house can get their goodies
delivered to them in a jiffy.
The L.A. areas covered by Google Shopping Express are:
- Culver City, Inglewood, Marina Del Rey, Santa Monica, Venice, West Los Angeles, and Westwood
Coupled
with the expansion, Google is offering shoppers the chance to take
advantage of six-months worth of free deliveries and everyone in the new
markets gets a free $10 to spend. Not too shabby. And of course, with
the mobile app – available at the Play Store link up top – you can shop
from your Android phone or tablet as well.
