The Complete My Album button in the stock Music app is found for
incomplete albums that you purchased via iTunes. For example, if you
download one or two popular songs from an artist, Apple will try to
up-sell you (for lack of a better word) the rest of the album using a
convenient button.

But if you already know how Complete My Album works, then you know why Complete Me Not would be a handy tweak to have at your disposal. Take a look at our video walkthrough after the break for all of the details.
Once you have Complete Me Not installed, head to the stock Settings,
and you’ll find an interesting little toggle smack-dab in the middle of
the rest of the settings links for the various tweaks you have
installed. Instead of embedding the tweak’s kill-switch toggle one level
deep into the Settings, the developer thought it was a good idea to
place the toggle at the highest level of the settings.
Once Complete Me Not is enabled, exit the current view and re-enter
that view from within the stock Music app. You should see the Complete
My Album interface disappear.
Obviously, a tweak like this has limited appeal. Not everyone uses
the stock Music app, and not everyone buys 1 or 2 songs from an album
featured on the iTunes store.
But if you fit the criteria for the tweak’s usage, and you wish to
get rid of those annoying prompts to complete your album, then Complete
Me Not—which is free on Cydia’s BigBoss repo—is available for you.
